When I got off work today, all I wanted was a shower, a nap, and to get ready for my evening. I knew Presley Brynn was tired because i woke her from nap at daycare....so i had high hopes of getting her to snooze with me. All she wanted once we walked into our house...was ramen noodles....which sounds a little something like 'eeedles' when her pretzel voice pronounces it. I tried to convince her that if we could take a short rest, then we could have some noodles... NOPE, so we made noodles. She is not acting the slightest bit tired anymore so i plop down on the luv sac watch a little season5 with beaner while she runs wild for a minute. Cassie and I had plans to come to my parents this evening. Lots of new years snacks, do presleys hello kitty puzzle & manicures and pedicures. Im in slug mode tonight, i finally get in the shower then try cleaning up the place. shower was nice, but hey...i dont want to get ready , not even a little bit. next i want some leftover enchiladas and red rice. open the fridge, somehow the 5 that were in there yesterday have disappeared, as well as the big bowl of rice. whatever. cassie is sick and i am lazy. i throw my hair up and put on my comfiest clothes. dont forget the hello kitty puzzle and nail polish remover...i grabbed arbys on my way here to fill the enchilada-less stomach of mine and Presley is fast asleep..now. this house is quiet as can be, chuck and cathy are on their way home from their new years date dinner.... something fancy fancy.
theres party hats and noise blowers set out on the counter, im going to mix up the ranch dip and drink some dr pepper. This is exactly what I wanted tonight to be, though. low key, comfy pants, yummy snacks, & a sleeping monkey of a child. even if my boyfriend is in vegas, & even if i dont make it until midnight, I couldnt be happier to bring in 2009.....oh my gosh, its going to be quite the year, i already know.

Somebody didnt feel like showing off her braid today. We are at grammy's house right now, Presley is sick. She had a fever in the night, a hot hot one. We made a gingerbread house last night and some gingerbread cookies. I dont know what i'd like to do tonight, but something. The scenic/slightly/danksquad show sold out. In case you wanted to know. I forgot my laundry. Brad will be able to get the plate removed from his shoulder in 4 months, he went to his follow up today and everything has healed really well he told me. 90.9 was killin it today. <3

I bought some new earrings today from world market.
& presley another Christmas present.
We met our mama/grammy at paradise for lunch, it was nice.
I love their molasses bread.
Pretzel looks like a biggirl today.
Its her night with grammy, im gonna make a big bowl of mac n sauce when I get home and go see my boy.
Yesterday I got a dream come true: mom and dad gave steen and I a Costco shopping spree, I went and LOADED up a cart, it was overflowing, I got so many goodies, Christine is going tomorrow for her turn. THANK YOU INDIA!
Jade: thanks for being my friend today, I was going to come visit in February but if Lindsay will be here, I’m gonna stay. I do get paid time off now, so we should TAKE a vacation.
CaSSIE: I still don’t think you need to jump to the conclusion of moving back quite yet, I still think if kylee is serious about moving out you can find arrangements for until then. I liked our Sunday beehive brunch, lets do it again this week? Lets greenhouse….maybe carlucci’s Saturday since they close on Sunday? Don’t go my loke. Guillermo will miss you.(ps I love that anouk is perma tiny) lover her.

today was a good day; cuz my mind stayed where it should.

ooooh! this week is about over. its been good, but so very weird and tired. k, i've procrastinated my tuesday shopping up until now, but i cant tell ya it'll get done tomorrow either. i've had a list and everything composed since like monday. hm. on tuesday,. pretzel's night to stay with grammy/ i tucked myself in bed early and watched season threee nip/tuck. wednesday. we stayed at brads new house and he bought me the best chocolate cake. its nice there, and 2 minutes away. on thursday i spent the morning with presley, i was on records and work said it was ok to chill for the morning. so we slept in on purpose. on thurzday i kept saying we'd get groceries before we got dinner. but when five o clock came, i was coming onto a hunger headache so presley and i decided to make our date priority over grocery shopping. we went to red robin and it was delightful. chocolate milkshakes are now presleys favorite, i let her order whatever she wanted to off the kids menu and we dipped our fries in ranch...our guilty pleasure. we had a fun date, just the 2 of us. tipped our waitress good and headed ...not to get groceries, too tired and full now. so now its friday. a full day's work is in the past and i sit here-eyes about to shut, i brought season 4 over here, but i might need to start all the way over on it later tomorrow. presleybrynn and i are so fatigued

and been through enough today. she already locked us out of my bathroom AND bedroom tonight, brad had to rescue us, then we wanted to hit up target only half hour before they closed to find brooklynn a birthday present for tomorrow.i forgot my purse though, and i notice this in taaarget parking lot! awe, we just need to lay on my mamas green couch bed, its the only remedy. i just wish i had some hot chocolate.
i miss my missing family members.
