so of course i had to take a look out:
this might be the most we've gotten in the valley in just one night.
i cant even see the mountains, they are covered up by big snowclouds.
annie took the day off to ride the mtn today and she cant even get her car out of her driveway.
im glad monday days are off for me; my to do list is slowly getting crossed out.
but manicures and pedicures today for pretz and i.
except for the middle finger on my left hand.
i pretty much sliced off the tip yesterday.
i think it just barely stopped bleeding.
so now i can let the calendula do its work.
did you know calendula oil comes from the marigold?
im so hungry!
annie and i made a country salad last night.
its goin in my cook book:
-romaine lettuce
-black beans (half can)
-apples(cut into small squares)
-bleu cheese (crumbled)
-cheddar cheese (grated)
-spiced peanuts (crushed)
-green onions (sliced)
-cilantro
-red bell pepper (cut into squares)[i added the pepper because i cant live without one but its not part of the original recipe]
toss everything together with ranch dressing AND enjoy!

-spinach leaves
-hardboiled egg
-beets
-thin sliced potatoes
-cooked, then chilled green beans
-tuna. but i actually think chicken is better.
and some kinda dressing. maybe balsamic.
cant wait for the package.
