today has been a bit nerve-racking.

i was not ready for my weekend to be over.

i only mowed half the lawn yesterday, but this; you see, is not my fault.

been spending lots of time outdoors, the pool, the lake!, the drum circle, my back porch.

on saturday christine and i took a last minute drive up to Echo Lake, a group of friends were camping for the weekend, and since Caiti offered to watch Pres for the night, i took the opportunity, it was relaxing, it was lovely!

Took a midnight dip in the lake, roasted dogs and s'mores...:)

I would love to go back and camp on the lake.

Sunday, Sasha and I went to the drum circle AS usual. the talk of the drum circle this week was the Rainbow Gathering, who's going? who are you going with? where are you camping? i'll see you there. can a miracle take me there?

Today is Brad's birthday, so I took him out the The Porcupine last night, it was delicious!

We had a really good time, maybe one day I'll share brad with you.

i didnt teach presley how to break open an oreo and lick out the cream,
she found that out on her own.
unless one of her many other friends taught her, she's pretty funny.
im glad the so many people in my life, can be an inspiring friend and a part of Presley's life as well.
We miss our caiti mom/grammy on days like these.
we rose at 7:30.
out of all the beds in our home here, i woke to find Jade & Kody sleeping on the couch, the same one.
for a long time, i slept on that couch bed with a 4 lb presley brynn. its comfy.

gave our daisies a second chance, and our one pepper and 4 tomato plants can hopefully revitalize themselves.
i want jade to make salsa.

well, i must go clean an oreo disaster up, what in the world?!

im sick , i just made a regimen up to continually treat myself.
one remedy after the other, & repeat.
cat and i just burned 21 cd's as thank-you's for the bebe shower tomorrow.
we need about fifty, but itunes said im only licensed seven.
& i got x3.
jade and kody took pres to the mall so i can breathe for a minute, thank u india.
i got this cool new fabric, im not sure what it'll become yet.
i need lindsay anns hands to assist.
saw ladytron on monday, that was a more amazing show than i thought it would be.
i got a new phone, it was time for the old one to pass on.
i hate figuring new phones.
boston took game 1, the statistics show the winner of game 1 have a 79% chance of taking the whole series.
i root for boston for brad, and because la is not my friend, no.
sun for the weekend, rain next week.
im up for a hike.

SATURDAY

Presley & I woke early-ish grabbed a beans&brew for annie and i and headed to chef house; where those boys cooked us a spectacular breakfast homemade hashbrowns with onion and peppers, french toast with homemade berry syrup, eggs & sausage. & their backyard is soooooo amazing, a creek runs along the back, we ate in the grove where TONS of these beautiful thin orange -petal flowers have been busy blooming. It was a nice way to start off our morning.

We then headed to hond's pool, along with Moi, & Jade and Kody met us there. It was a hot day, first day since last summer to be at her pool again. PRESLEY LOVED IT, she loves kicking her legs, she needs a floating device.
After the pool, we hit the grocery store and came home to BBQ, Moi was the grill master and Zig met us for dinner. Hey, Saturday is my kitchen/dish day anyways. Burgers & dogs, grilled bacon, & yellow & green bell peppers. We were stuffed. It was a great saturday.
Presley needs a bath, and so do i.
she is going with her dad today
& my visiting teachers are coming,
only to rush off to liberty park quickly afterward.
we've been up three hours, no one in this house has opened their doors yet.
